Ameerah Herbert is an experienced registered nurse and med spa owner who specializes in aesthetics, product safety, and client outcomes. After gaining 30 years of experience in the medical industry as a junior volunteer in the hospital, a medical assistant, a licensed practical nurse, and ultimately a registered nurse, she became the President of Noire Wellness and Aesthetics, INC. Ameerah is passionate about making med spa services accessible and affordable for people of color (who are largely excluded from mainstream spas), and identifying products that are safe for all skin types. At this phase in her business her immediate goals include increasing brand awareness, and educating people about the importance of prioritizing wellness. Her motto is: “self-care is not selfish.” Based in Cleveland, Ohio this natural leader is best known for her commitment to continuing professional education, and her penchant for connecting small businesses owners with complementary products and services. MARCELLA RIDER

Marcella Rider is a Master Aesthetician who draws upon over 2 1/2 decades in the industry. She started her official journey in aesthetics world while working with Board Certified surgeons in 1996. Marcella has a passion and is educated to assist clients with skin conditions
including: Psoriasis, Eczema, Acne, Keratosis Polaris, scar revision, wrinkles, skin discolorations and much more. Part of her success as an Aesthetician includes her true passion, she is always working on continuing education and keeping up with the fast changing and forward moving part of the industry. She has earned many certifications over the years which strengthen her knowledge and experiences. Recently she obtained certification as a Life/Health Coach from Health Coach Institute and a Live Navigation Certification from Stanford University.
This enables her to educate clients on how they can achieve healthy glowing skin from the inside out.

NeQuatta Ryder-Sikes

My name is NeQuatta Ryder-Sikes, here at Noire MedSpa I am your Customer Experience Manager. A brief overview of me I graduated from College of Southern Maryland with a BS majoring in Healthcare Administration and minoring in Business and held a Cosmetology license from 1995 -2010. My passion is all things beautiful and that includes your experience at Noire. My primary purpose is to ensure that every touchpoint along your service is optimized to meet and/or exceed your expectations, ultimately bring you back for the services and customer appreciation.

Hi, I’m Alexis Armstead. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with a deep passion for promoting mental and physical well-being. Driven by a holistic approach to health, I specialize in sports therapy, and recovery aiming to help athletes and active individuals optimize their performance while maintaining a healthy balance between body and mind. I am dedicated to creating a tranquil and healing environment for my clients, providing personalized massage techniques to alleviate tension, reduce stress, and enhance overall wellness.

Carmine Stewart

Carmine Stewart is a Level II Certified Reiki (pronounced “RAY key”) Practitioner. She was drawn to Reiki when seeking alternative healing solutions for a family member when traditional healing modalities failed to bring relief. Since becoming certified Carmine has become passionate about teaching others about reiki and energy healing modalities. “There is such a clear link between our emotional lives and our physical well-being. I begin each session by testing a client’s chakras for imbalances, and by the end of the session, that balance is restored.”

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that supports the body’s natural ability to heal. Reiki promotes inner balance by improving energy flow through the body, helping to reduce stress, relaxing the mind and body, and activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Reiki can be used alone or can be a noninvasive complement to medical treatment. It can be done while the client is fully dressed, and can involve light touch, or be completely hands-off.

My name is Kailyn Spencer, and I am a customer experience specialist at Noire Medspa. I am skilled in content creation, event curation,and the overall customer service experience. Recently, I graduated December 2023 with a BS in Healthcare Administration and have returned to CSU to pursue an accelerated BS in nursing. With a high level of expertise in all things aesthetically pleasing and healthcare, I will ensure you have an incredible experience at Noire.
